and any other financial need that may need to be addressed.
After deciding which loan program would fit your needs loan officer
will pre-approve your loan and get final conditions for loan.
Loan officer will explain which conditions are needed to approve
loan.
You simple fax, email, or mail conditions in, the lender will receive
conditions and approve your loan.
At this point we want to make sure everything is clear and has been
explained to you we will go over the terms and conditions of the loan
and address any questions or concerns that you may have at this time.
When everything is clear with you, we set up a time for signing.
